VERA garments are prepared after order confirmation.
Standard production time is approximately 5 business days before handoff to the courier.
Where an item requires customer-specific measurements, custom length, or other required specifications, production begins only after the necessary information has been confirmed.
After handoff to the courier, delivery within Egypt typically takes approximately:
2–4 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, courier operations, public holidays, weather, or circumstances outside VERA's reasonable control.
International shipping may be available for supported destinations in Arab countries.
Availability, shipping charges, and estimated delivery time will be displayed at checkout or confirmed before the order is accepted.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate:
- name
- phone number
- delivery address
- required order details
Incorrect or incomplete information may delay delivery.
For products requiring custom length or customer-specific measurements, the production timeline begins only after the necessary measurements or specifications are confirmed.
If an unexpected delay occurs, VERA will make reasonable efforts to notify the customer.
Nothing in this policy limits any statutory rights relating to delayed delivery under applicable Egyptian law.
