Fajr is a wrap-style isdal for prayer. Its crossover neckline gives you room to move during sujood without tightness around the neck, while elastic cuffs let you lift the sleeves for wudu without taking the garment off. Choose your body size and colour, then enter your height from the top of your head to the floor.

You can choose to increase the overall length of your prayer dress to suit your needs. As a separate option, you can also choose a longer back than front for additional coverage during sujood, with or without increasing the overall length. You can select a permanently attached headscarf, a separate headscarf, or a detachable snap-on headscarf, with the option to add trousers, depending on the customization options available for each style. Choose your headscarf size from three options: 180 × 50 cm, 180 × 60 cm, or 180 × 70 cm. These thoughtful details are complemented by our care for fabric quality, embroidery, and meticulous finishing.

The Fajr Prayer Garment began as a personal solution. Vera designed it for herself after finding that conventional isdals often felt restrictive around the neck during sujood, made wudu difficult, and relied on heavy synthetic fabrics or fragile fastenings.

Fajr combines the attention of an atelier with the convenience of ordering online. Each garment is prepared to the length you provide, giving you a more personal fit without the need for an atelier visit.

Its wrap construction closes securely with two fabric ties, one inside and one outside, without snaps or hooks that may pull or damage the fabric. The open crossover neckline allows greater freedom and comfort through every movement of prayer.

Generously cut sleeves provide ease and full coverage, while extra-wide elastic cuffs can be rolled comfortably up to the shoulders for wudu.

The garment is made from a premium cotton-rich fabric with a carefully balanced touch of high-quality stretch, creating a soft, comfortable drape with a subtle, refined sheen.

Precise stitching just 1 mm from the headscarf’s edge helps it fall smoothly without unwanted gathering.

Embroidered in Arabic Thuluth calligraphy, the name “Fajr” is created using specially sourced glow-in-the-dark thread from Russia. After exposure to light, the embroidery softly glows in darkness, making the garment easier to locate for Fajr prayer.

Every detail was conceived by a designer, first for her own use, rather than reduced to the simplest commercial solution.
